Session agenda

Each session follows a general structure but is often adjusted to fit the project's needs, such as dedicating more time to specific strategic questions.

Before the break

• From 8:45 AM, you can arrive at the location. Ask for Hubition at the reception, and you'll be guided to the meeting room.
• We start at 9:00 AM, with coffee and tea. We discuss the project and any provided documents to ensure everything is clear and aligned.
• Around 9:30 AM, this usually transitions into outlining the underlying strategy, often using tools like a customer journey, Business Model Canvas, or process diagram.

Break

At 11:00 AM, we take a short break. Various drinks and snacks are available to recharge.

After the break

• Once the strategy is clear, we start sketching the prototype. Drawing on everyone's expertise, we develop a first wireframe that our prototype designers will bring to life in the coming days.
• By 12:45 PM, a clear strategy and prototype sketch are in place, and there's time for final discussions or questions.
• The session ends at 1:00 PM.
