Changing or cancelling

You can submit changes online via My sessions.

What can I change?

• We understand that plans can change. Up to 14 days in advance, you can make free changes to all aspects of the session.
• If you change the location or date less than 14 days in advance, a surcharge equal to the prior deposit will be charged to cover already incurred costs. Participants or the briefing can always be changed for free.

Can I cancel?

• Cancelling up to 14 days in advance will incur no extra costs, but the deposit will not be refunded.
• If you cancel less than 14 days in advance, the full amount will be charged. In most cases, it's smarter to reschedule the date or location or use the session for a different project.
