Expectations for participants
Below is an overview of what is expected from the contact person and participants to ensure a successful session.
Before the session
- It's helpful to submit relevant documents in advance so we can incorporate them into our preparation. You'll receive instructions for this via email after booking.
- Please notify us promptly if you need to replace a participant, for instance, if someone becomes unavailable. We'll send the correct information to the new participant. You can update participants via My sessions.
During the session
- We expect all participants to be present by 9:00 AM. The location opens at 8:45 AM. If someone is late or unable to attend, please send us a message as soon as possible.
- We ask that no calls or other obligations be scheduled during the session so full attention can be given.
After the session
- During the video call (the third workday after the session), we expect the contact person and participants to attend and share feedback on the prototype. There will also be time for questions and discussing next steps.
