Uploading files
After booking, you'll receive a special link where you can upload files. This is not mandatory but helps us better prepare for the session. These files can also be used in further development of the prototype.
What files can I upload?
- Sketches or wireframes.
- Inspirational images or examples of other products.
- A Figma file or documentation from an internal design system.
- Personas and target audience information.
- A business plan or customer journey.
- Other plans and relevant documents.
How does the upload link work?
The contact person and participants will receive an upload link after booking the session. You can also find this link in My sessions.
Anyone with the upload link can upload or delete files for this session without logging in. This makes it easy for different people to contribute files, for instance, if a designer wants to provide a Figma file.
Only share this link with people involved in the session. For extra security, people with the link cannot open the files, only see the names of uploaded files.
Are my files safe with Hubition?
As described in our privacy policy, we treat all received information with strict confidentiality. Files are stored securely, used only for the prototype session, never shared with third parties, and deleted upon request.
