Prototype guarantee

To ensure you're always satisfied with the prototype, we offer the prototype guarantee. Here's how it works:

1. During the session, we sketch the prototype together. These sketches serve as input for our prototype designers, ensuring alignment.
2. During the video call, there's room for feedback. We budget 2–4 hours for this, and if it takes a bit more time, we're flexible.
3. If something sketched during the session isn't included in the prototype, we'll adjust it for free beyond the normal feedback time.
4. If anything in the prototype doesn't work correctly, we'll fix it for free, beyond the normal feedback time. The only exception is a bug in Figma, which we can't control.
