Deposit and invoices
When booking a prototype session, you'll be required to pay a deposit immediately. The remaining invoice will be sent after the session.
Deposit
The deposit amount depends on the selected country and must be paid immediately after booking.
If this payment is cancelled and not completed within 3 hours, the booking will automatically be cancelled. Deposits can be paid via, credit card, iDEAL, or Bancontact.
Remaining invoice
The remaining balance is invoiced after delivery. This invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment can be made via iDEAL, credit card, or Bancontact, as well as by bank transfer.
How will I receive the invoices?
Both invoices will be sent via email to the address provided during booking. If you don't receive the invoice, please send us a message.
The billing details and VAT number entered at the time of booking will be used for both invoices. You can also include a purchase order number (PO number) on the invoice if required.
