Video call and feedback

On the third workday after the session, we'll review the developed prototype during a one-hour video call. You can select the time for this call when booking the session.

What will be discussed during the video call?

  1. We'll present the prototype, walk through it together, and explain the strategic design choices.
  2. We'll review any feedback you have on the prototype.
  3. We'll discuss logical next steps and how best to proceed. For example, we can provide advice on research questions for user interviews or the technical implementation of specific components.

How do I join the video call?

We use Google Meet for the video call. A link to the meeting will be included in the email invitation for the call.

Can I invite more people to the call?

You can add extra participants to the invitation you receive from us. However, we recommend keeping the group small to effectively gather feedback and answer questions. If you want to present the prototype to a larger group, it's best to organize an internal presentation after our call.

How is the feedback implemented?

The final prototype is delivered within one workday after the video call, incorporating the feedback received.

We allocate 2–4 hours to process feedback. If it takes a bit longer, we won't make an issue of it.

What if there's more feedback?

  • It's rare for significant feedback to arise at this stage since the prototype is meticulously outlined during the session.
  • Feedback on something not working correctly or something sketched but not included in the prototype will always be fixed free of charge under our prototype guarantee.
  • For feedback beyond the session scope or the created sketches, you can always book a new session.
