By working full-time at a start-up in London, freelancing for multiple other start-ups, and launching my own products, such as Frontender and InterviewKit, I have experienced the many challenges of tech start-ups myself. At the same time, I have seen how many other companies, from multinationals like Unilever to hotels, banks, and shops, approach things. Combine that with the hundreds of interviews and behavioral research I have conducted with people from all sorts of backgrounds, and you get a unique mix of knowledge and experiences about what works (and what doesn't) in the real world.
